How are you able to offer features like hosting, customer support and domain transfers for free?
Since our process for launching a site is short and seamless, it helps to keep costs down. This allows us to offer services that go beyond most of our competitors.

What about upgrades, do I have to pay for them?
No, because we want you to have the best! We are committed to staying ahead of the curve, when you join the Cordsel Connect Network; we ensure that you have access to our tools and services in their most up-to-date form.

Are there any hidden costs I should worry about?
Nope! As a company founded on integrity, we promise that there will be no surprises once you’ve signed up.

What will my Web site address be?
It’s up to you! We will register the name of your choice for your web site. Sometimes the name you want will already be taken by other Web sites.  We will help you broker a deal to purchase the name or find a name that works for you and is easy for your clients to remember.

Who owns the Domain Name?
You do. We register the name directly under your name, so it is yours to keep!

Editing Content

How quickly can I see my changes?
You can preview and implement your changes immediately.

What is the maximum amount of pages for a website?
Once you establish the template and look you want to use, the site will expand to accommodate all of your company’s information.  In other words…unlimited pages!!

What is the maximum amount of images/photos my site can have?
Unlimited.

What if I want to change my site content after it's been published?
Cordsel Connect sites are designed to be flexible and to grow with your business. You can always update your text and graphics by logging into the Website Manager to make your changes.

How do I make changes to the Web site?
You can make immediate changes 24 hours a day directly through our web editor using your personal password. The Cordsel Connect Website Manager enables you to go on-line and modify most everything in your Web site. You do not need any computer expertise to make changes. The ONLINE EDITOR feature is written in plain English.

What do I need in order to use the Online Editor?
All you need is a Web browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox. There's no coding or programming necessary.

*Will my site always be running and available to my customers?
Sites are up and running 99.9% of the time. Because we are constantly improving our service we may temporarily interrupt service for a few seconds while we add the latest upgrade. Of course, we always perform this maintenance during off-peak hours.

Is any software required?
No. We’ve intentionally made our entire system web-based for a number of reasons.

Why don’t I need to install software?
Installing costly software and updating it regularly can hinder the seamless workings of your website. Making adjustments to your site in an internet browser gives you access to your website anytime, any place. Logging into your websites editing tools online also ensures you access to the latest updated programs 24/7
.

Security is very important to me, how secure is your network?
Security is important to us as well, for that reason we provide the most up-to-date security precautions that adhere to best of breed practices.

Launch

How long does it take to get my site online once I order?
Within 2-3 weeks. It is important that we have complete information from you to meet this timeline.

How long will it take me to build my site pages?
That is your decision. You can quickly create a Web site in minutes, and then update it later when you have time. Some of our customers take a few hours to select and input their content and graphics. Best of all, this can be done at your own convenience, and updated at your leisure

What happens if I want to move my Domain Name to another service provider?
You are the owner of your domain name and can do with it as you wish. You could use the site for a different business or move the name to a different service provider. However, the Web site design remains sole property of Cordsel Connect.

Do I have to buy a new Web address or can I use one that I already have?
You can do both. You can either use the one that you already have and just transfer the IP address existing to our server (Just ask your current Hosting company for it), or create a new one with us. In this case, you only have to submit your new Domain name with us and we will register it for you.

How do I reach my target audience?
When it comes to online marketing, joining the Cordsel Connect Network is already a step in the right direction. We understand the importance of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Ranking and our tools make it easy for you to find the people that are searching for you.

Will there be advertisements on my webpage?
No! There will be no advertisements or banners on your web pages. The information that goes onto your web pages is only what you add.

How do I manage my email list?
Cordsel Connect offers Cordsel Mailer, which compliments any of the Cordsel Connect Solutions.
